I believe with the JDI you would lose signal on the DI'd output as it likely uses a step-down transformer and may even display some saturation of the tone at that signal level. The P-Split I presume is more purpose-built for this job. I think an active buffered splitter would probably be the best bet if you want to use ... ... more

Something like a Morley ABY box (or anyone's ABY box) should work. Beyond that an effects pedal with dry and effect outs (like a chorus) Behringer UC200 Ultra Chorus Pedal should work too. I've not tried either, but logically, either one makes sense. ... more
