I personally find bass to be more adaptable to guitar than the other way around unless you are looking for ultra high gain textures then go with the guitar versions. Ah, I've seen it. I do want a stand alone unit, as I'd like to have a convenient toy to take it with me and run the whole signal chain to PA or headphones.
