Does anyone have experience with using the String Swing wall mounts with the Ric or nitro finish instruments? I bought 2 of these and want to make sure it's safe for a ric. I bought this brand... [link] Make sure you select "electric or narrow body". You could either get standard or low profile... I went with low profile. I did a wall mount also but the stud spacing would not allow 3 basses in the space I wanted to use. I did a strip of decent plywood 4' long that was a cutoff from another project as a backer board and screwed directly into the studs and then mounted the bass holders on that.
