All I can tell you is that I own a Squier 70s Classic Vibe P (Surf Green) and it is one of the finest basses I have ever played. It's my #1 of the 5 basses I own and I will never, ever consider selling it. I dressed it up with some Chromes and dropped a GZR pup in it... top notch tone!
