Yes, they'll fit fine. But mostly because those are Model 3 wheels. Note that they will sit 6mm inboard since your Performance model has thinner brake rotors than the standard 3 these came from. You can add cheap 5mm spacers to shift them back out to factory spec if it bothers you. ... more

You can use the Y rotor in the front. You cannot use the Base 3 rotor in the rear (smaller pad sweep area), but you can use the Y rotor.
